Strong Life Personal Training

 

A fully bespoke service based solely around your wants and needs. Whether you're training for an event, working towards a specific goal, or just prefer to train on a 1-to-1 basis, our coaches will work with you to create a unique training plan designed specifically for you to ensure you meet your goals. Working exclusively with a Strong Life coach will not only enhance your results, but will also speed up the process of getting you to exactly where you want to be.

 

At the start of your journey with us, you will have a free 1-2-1 strategy session with a Strong Life coach where we will get toy know each other, discuss what you want to achieve and take you through our coaching screening programmes. This will help us to ensure we are prescribing the most effective exercises for you as the individual. It is also a great opportunity for you to decide if we are the right fit for you. We want you to feel totally comfortable before parting with any money and embarking on your Strong Life journey.

Strong Life Semi-Private Training

Simply put, semi-private training is personal training at a fraction of the cost. At the start of your journey with us you will have a 1-2-1 strategy session with one of our coaches where we will get to know each other, discuss what you want to achieve and take you through an exercise evaluation.

 

Our coaches will then build a unique training plan that will best suit you as an individual. Semi-private training is not a class, there will be others present (1-2 other people), which is great for motivation, but you’ll be working on your own program designed to suit your needs and goals.

You will get the same unique training experience as 1-2-1 training, the only difference is your session will take place in a small group setting. There will always be a coach on hand to help you with your exercise technique and keep you progressing through your plan.  This makes semi private training more financially accessible or allows you to train more frequently with a coach for the same price.

Training with like minded individuals is extremely motivating. Seeing other people just like you stay focused and inspired will help you keep going when things feel tough. At Strong Life there is a fantastic family/social feel to our gym. If you asked any Strong Lifer what's the best thing about the gym, community spirit will certainly be up there. Many of our members have made new friends in the 4 walls of our gym. We aren't a normal gym and you can sense and feel the togetherness of everyone whenever you attend.
